My  Speech”

It is true then what they say about the destiny of people who are at the bottom.

They have nowwhere else to go but to keep up, And if natural circumstances do not conspire them to do this,

Determination will push them higher, perhaps even further than what they aim. The story I’ am about to share to all of you,

Tells the triumphat tale of a strong-willed woman who was able to uplift herself from poverty striken life ,They have to the

satisfactory of being a principal. Ma’am dela Cruz was born on December 24,1949 at panay capiz. She was the eldest child of a

 local  fishermen and a housewife. Ma’am dela Cruz smiled as she remembers that all through her life. And she remembers

well, those times when they used to walk almost a kilometer away in going to school. Ma’am dela Cruz finish her Elementary

Education with fliying colors in 1961.Being a class Salutatorian,her life was shed with light for a promise future. She then had her

 high school education at the Capiz Nat’l High School. As the first batch to graduate of the said school, Ma’am dela Cruz recieved

her high school diploma in 1965, She was the first honorable mention of the class– that made her to  decide,to push for college.

She wanted to be a teacher an ambition ,shas had ever since she was very small. Being the eldest, Ma’am dela Cruz believed

that she would be the help needed by her own family.Right after she graduated she applied a teaching profession at the

government which after several months was granted to her .Truly God must have acknowlege her sufferings, and sacrifices that

he gave her another gift. Ma’am dela Cruz was made into principal she was teaching.Shes life was an inspiration for all of us.
